JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company At Berco, we produce mission criticalundercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculturemachinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutionsby combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining andassembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(OriginalEquipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well asthe service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket. Yourresponsibilities Berco of America, Inc. is looking for a driven andstrategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow relationships withmajor OEM customers. In this role, you will shape commercial strategy,drive profitable growth, and partner closely with engineering,operations, and quality teams to deliver exceptional value. If you arecommercially minded, relationshiporiented, and energized by solvingcomplex challenges in a manufacturing environment, this role is anexciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You'llDoStrategic Account Leadership Develop and execute customer-specificsales and account strategies Translate commercial goals into actionablegotomarket plans Drive lifecycle account management, pricing discipline,and margin optimization Sales Execution & Pipeline Management Managesales forecasts, pipeline activities, and opportunity conversion usingCRM tools Lead OEM nomination processes from RFQ through SOP Identifybusiness expansion opportunities and marginimprovement initiativeswithin key accounts Customer & CrossFunctional Collaboration Serve asthe primary interface for OEM commercial relationships Lead contractdiscussions, pricing reviews, and commercial negotiations Coordinatewith engineering, operations, and quality teams to address customerneeds and resolve issues Support crisis management related tocommercial, delivery, or cost challenges Essential Functions Develop andpresent account plans, commercial proposals, and pricing analysesConduct commercial evaluations and lead negotiation processes Analyzefinancial and cost data to support business decisions Travel regularlyto customer sites and Berco locations Your profile Minimum RequiredQualificationsEducation & Credentials Bachelor's degree in Business,Economics, Engineering, or a related field Master's degree preferredExperience 35 years of sales or key account management experience inmanufacturing or industrial...
