You’ll design, oversee, and guide individualized ABA programs that transform lives. You’ll also mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, and create an environment where every child — and every team member — can thrive.Your Responsibilities Will Include:ConductingFunctional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.Creating and implementingskill acquisition and social skills programs(including FBAs and FAAs).Supervising and training Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation.Leadingparent and caregiver trainingsessions to generalize progress at home and in the community.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and caregivers to support client goals.Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in compliance with company and ethical standards.Staying up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in the field of ABA.What We’re Looking ForCurrent BCBA certification(BACB) — or eligible to sit for the exam soon.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Minimum2 years of experienceproviding ABA services (preferred).Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.A compassionate approach and passion for helping children succeed.Willingness to travel up to50?tween service locations.Benefits & PerksHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingLife insurancePaid CEUs and professional developmentFlexible schedulingPaid time off and sick leaveBonus opportunities every quarterCollaborative, supportive environmentOpportunities to grow into leadership rolesBe a Part of Something BiggerAt Evolving Minds Together, you’ll do more than provide therapy — you’ll help shape brighter futures.
