If you take pride in quality, teamwork, and doing work that truly matters, this is where your skills make a difference every single day.As a Certified Instrument Technician II, you'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to delivering safe, high-quality instrumentation that supports exceptional patient outcomes.What You'll Do:Under the direction of the Sterile Processing leadership team, you will:Maintain competency across all core Sterile Processing functions:DecontaminationInstrument AssemblySterilizationCase PickEnsure instrumentation is processed accurately, safely, and on time to support surgical servicesFollow all Lee Health policies, system protocols, and industry standards including AAMI, APIC, and AORNParticipate in team huddles and contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and quality initiativesSupport training and precepting of team members as neededHelp maintain a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the departmentWhy Join Lee Health?Lee Health is a trusted, community-focused health system serving Southwest Florida.
