Automotive Industry Experience is a PlusThis is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized, and ambitious marketing professional to step into a high-impact role at a fast-growing, high-growth dealership.You’ll play a key part in shaping our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and keeping marketing campaigns sharp, strategic, and on schedule.A rapidly expanding automotive dealership group in the southern Charlotte area is looking for aMarketing Coordinatorto join our team. You’ll work closely with dealership leaders, vendors, and external partners to bring marketing ideas to life across digital platforms such as email campaigns, social media content, website specials, and more. You’ll have the space to innovate, test ideas, and grow, all while gaining valuable experience in a high-demand field.Whether you have agency experience, a background in advertising or digital content, or you’re a marketing grad with 1 - 3 years of solid experience, you’ll be trained on the automotive side and given the support to succeed. Previous automotive marketing is a plus!Benefits:$75,000 - $100,000+ a year (base + bonuses)Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid time offEmployee Discounts on Vehicles and MoreCareer AdvancementA Positive and Professional Work EnvironmentKey Responsibilities:Gather monthly sales and service incentives from dealerships; write compelling marketing copy and disclosuresCoordinate and traffic OEM-compliant creative across websites, email campaigns, and social mediaAudit websites (desktop & mobile) to ensure compliance with manufacturer and brand guidelinesManage creative assets for web, social, email, and display advertising using project management toolsSupport execution of paid social advertising campaigns with vendor partners (e.g., Facebook Ads)Assist in the setup, maintenance, and reporting of platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Business Manager, and othersManage email marketing campaigns including creative coordination, segmentation, deployment, and reportingMaintain internal brand documents and resource portalsHelp with event support, special promotions, billing, and additional marketing projects as neededParticipate in ongoing training and stay current with digital marketing trends and toolsWhat We’re Looking For:1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related fieldAgency, marketing, or advertising experience preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email tools, etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with social media management, content creation, and project coordinationA self-starter who’s eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of their workBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experienceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
