Data Entry:Keying daily invoicesPreparing invoices and trip packsfor delivery driversFiling invoices Accounts Receivable Duties Include:Invoice retention Deposit entries, segregation of dutiesCollection calls to customers to collect past due amountsGeneral Duties Include:Answers telephones and enters CRMs (Customer Relations Management)Mail distributionEducation and ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 2 years administrative experienceOther Skills and Abilities:Typing speed of 40-45 wpmExperience working in Accounts Receivables/CollectionsIntermediate knowledge of MS OfficeSAP knowledge a plus!Mission Linen Supply is a family owned, privately held company, and a leading provider of products, services, and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses.
