Finishing Supervisor - 3rd shift

Accountable for leadership of skilled labor employees including all aspects of safety, quality, production and cost. Ensures the highest quality work in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.Plans, organizes and supervises shift production in accordance with priority goals and availability of resources to ensure adequate and timely completed repairs. Performs in process quality audits.Communicates work area status/activities to the Production Manager(s). Communicates with other work areas to facilitate smooth car flow.Uses technical experience, expertise and problem solving ability to achieve and maintain a quality repair.
