Active government security clearance required 100% onsite u2014 work handsu2011on with the technology and teams driving innovation What Youu2019ll Own & Drive As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will: + Lead endu2011tou2011end program architecture & requirements across the entire lifecycle u2014 proposal design implementation test deployment. + Transform broad concepts into actionable engineering solutions through precise requirements definition, modeling, and traceability. + Champion crossu2011functional collaboration with engineering, system architects, project leadership, and stakeholders. + Elevate our engineering practices by improving systems processes, workflows, and documentation standards. + Decompose and document system, subsystem, and component requirements with clarity and accuracy. + Allocate and map requirements across complex systems and ensure seamless verification, validation, and conflict resolution. + Prepare highu2011impact technical documents and design presentations used by leadership and engineering teams. + Support cost estimation efforts for both material and labor to guide program planning. What You Bring + Deep knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, requirements management, and lifecycle development. + Proficiency with JAMA for requirements tracking. + Experience with CAMEO and hands-on MBSE / SysML tools and frameworks. + Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex technical needs into structured system models. + High proficiency with Microsoft Office and supporting technical tools. + Ability to obtain (or maintain) a DoD security clearance. Additional Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience. + Hands-on experience with JAMA, SysML modeling tools, and/or DOORS for requirements gathering. + Prior work supporting aerospace, defense, or highly regulated fullu2011lifecycle engineering programs is a strong plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $84.00/hr.
