Reporting to the Director of Operations and Project Executive, this leadership role is critical to ensuring that all plumbing work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Field Operations & LeadershipSupervise and coordinate foremen and field crews across multiple projectsPlan and sequence daily manpower, materials, and equipmentMonitor field productivity and proactively resolve issuesSet the standard for professionalism, workmanship, and accountabilityProject ExecutionReview drawings, specifications, and schedules for installation accuracyCoordinate field operations with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and other tradesIdentify constructability challenges and submit RFIs as neededEnsure project quality control standards are consistently metSafety & ComplianceEnforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on all sitesConduct regular safety meetings, site inspections, and toolbox talksEnsure all crew members are trained and operating safely at all timesCommunication & DocumentationProvide routine updates to project management and leadershipAssist with daily reporting, manpower tracking, and production forecastingSupport completion of punch lists, inspections, and project closeouts Qualifications Required7+ years of commercial plumbing experience with field leadership or superintendent experienceStrong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation best practicesDemonstrated ability to lead crews and manage multiple jobs simultaneouslySkilled in reading and interpreting construction documentsValid Texas driver’s licensePreferredJourneyman or Master Plumber LicenseExperience managing large-scale or complex commercial projectsFamiliarity with field technology, scheduling tools, and digital reportingOSHA 30 Certification Benefits Competitive salary based on experienceMileage reimbursement and toll tagCompany truck and fuel card (if applicable)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysLong-term growth potential with a stable, expanding company Schedule Full-Time: Monday to FridayOvertime or weekend work as needed based on project requirements Location Projects based in Houston, TX and surrounding areasIn-person, field-based role with occasional travel between job sites Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
