Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist on a fully remote basis. In this long-term contract position, you will oversee the payroll process for a mid-sized organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, expertise in full-cycle payroll, and experience using UKG Pro. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple states. u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. u2022 Calculate and verify payroll adjustments, deductions, and benefits. u2022 Handle payroll for 101-500 employees with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Utilize UKG software to execute and maintain payroll operations efficiently. u2022 Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly. u2022 Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data. u2022 Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. u2022 Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations. u2022 Familiarity with payroll systems for organizations of 101-500 employees. u2022 Proficiency in using UKG REQUIRED u2022 Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. u2022 Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
