Warehouse Associate

Adecco is partnering with a client in Walden NY and is seeking a part- time production associate. As a Warehouse Associate you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing seed products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: + Receiving & Inventory Management: + Unload shipments and verify contents against packing lists. + Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy. + Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. 1. Order Fulfillment: 2. 3. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. 4. Ensure products are properly labeled and packaged. 5. Warehouse Maintenance: 6. 7. Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency. 8. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards. 9. Safety & Compliance: 10. 11. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. 12. Report any safety issues or incidents promptly. 13. Team Collaboration: 14. 15. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals. 16. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory and workflow. Qualifications: 17. 18. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 19. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus. 20. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification may be required). 21. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 22. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. 23. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
