Job Description Seeking a Contract Fulfillment Analyst to handle the Americas Order to Cash (OtC) Operations for customer end-to-end processes, including contract fulfillment and ordering, and transcribing contractual conditions and customer inventory into SAP. This role is central to efficiency in downstream activities, directly impacting billing, collection, and payment processes. The analyst will collaborate with Finance partners to maximize revenues and cash flow, support monthly billing execution, closing, and reporting, respond to customer queries and escalations, and provide business unit reporting. Responsibilities also include coordinating with sales, finance, and customer service teams, supporting audits, and participating in process improvement initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be a functional partner in the operational Contract Fulfillment and Ordering team, driving positive KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
