Our roles are flexible, and we value your experience and expertise As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), youu2019ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities: + Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning + Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals + Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client + Must be able to lift 130 lbs. unassisted Eligibility Requirements: + Fluent in English (both spoken and written) + Valid 75 Hour HHA Certificate from an accredited school or Florida CNA License + Valid ID + Active CPR Certification and other required CEUu2019s + FL Clearinghouse Background Check - HB531 Florida Agency for Health Care Administration ( AHCA Licenses: 3002096, 30211337, 30210968, 30210967, 30210964, 30211593, 3012096, 30211343, 30211018, 3032096, 30210956, 30211345, 30211388, 1189 _$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible 1099 Caregivers in Florida. This bonus is available to caregivers who start as contractors on or after February 1, 2026._ _The sign-on bonus is paid in one installment of $500 after the caregiver has completed 500 worked hours. The caregiver must be actively contracted and in good standing at the time of bonus payout. The required 500 worked hours must be completed by the one-year anniversary of the caregiveru2019s start date to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. New caregivers, as well as previous caregivers who have been inactive for 60 days or more, are eligible for the bonus.
