HVAC Mechanic II

Position Details: + Location: St. Joseph North Hospital u2013 Lutz, Florida + Status: Full-time + Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm + Days: Monday - Friday Responsibilities + Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and + associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. + Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in + hospital or clinic environment. + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft + lines. + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. + Perform other duties as assigned.
