The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. Required Qualifications + Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, and NCu200b + Must be able to work a full-time shift of 40 hours per week and must be available to work a shift of Monday through Saturday 8am-11pm EST (Day off will be determined by business). + Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
