DescriptionCome join the Ops Tech PxT team as a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) within the Amazon Delivery PxT Organization. In this role you will work in partnership with senior business leaders to build and grow the teams that serve and are responsible for the Last Mile Delivery Operations, specifically the corp/tech leaders within the Geospatial, WW Hub Delivery, and ReLo program. We are looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on, customer-obsessed HRBP with a passion for developing and implementing HR strategies for this key global organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting corporate or tech functions. They work guided and independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need strong communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clientsu2019 business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. Key job responsibilities u2022 Partner with senior business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support a fast-growing business while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment. u2022 Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development. u2022 Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices u2022 Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions that deliver results and a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow. u2022 Leverage data-driven analysis to influence business partners with compelling recommendations. u2022 Partner with the business to lead Organization and Leadership Reviews, which focus on succession planning, talent development and organizational health priorities. u2022 Continuously enhance communication practices and employee engagement programs. u2022 Provide compensation support to leaders for salary actions including the annual salary review, promotions and job re-leveling situations. u2022 Partner with the central HR Partner organization to work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests. u2022 Partner with the AD talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent. u2022 Lead or contribute to cross functional/business HR Projects.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - 5+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications- Experience supporting hourly, front-line, and salaried employee populations - Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates - Master's Degree or MBA in HR Management - Demonstrated experience managing and leading employees - Proficiency with HRIS System Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
