Digital Delivery Lead

We are looking for a driven and curious Digital Delivery Lead to join our team in the Northwest. The Digital Delivery Lead is assigned to design projects operating under the direction of the Design Manager and/or Project Manager. DDLs may be assigned to more than one project simultaneously depending upon schedule, project requirements and project size and may consult on multiple projects across the region.We'll Expect You To:u2022 Plan, configure, implement, and support digital delivery on a projectu2022 Setup and manage project technical setup and model deliverablesu2022 Manages design modeling efforts and support for project teamu2022 Provides QC of work in progress and deliverablesu2022 Setup project collaboration system/ completes project setup request form with Project Manageru2022 Supports project kickoff meeting and facilitates BIM/Digital Delivery Planning Meetingsu2022 Reviews client modeling and CAD standardsu2022 Attends weekly project meetingsu2022 Enables model coordination and attends weekly model coordination meetingsu2022 Facilitates BIM uses as defined in the BIM Project Execution Planu2022 Coordinates deliverables with PM/ DMu2022 Point of contact for project level technology and digital delivery questions and issues.u2022 Coordinates and delivers technology training, including production of training material.u2022 Guides the design teams and partners on project technology and digital delivery items.u2022 Coordinates and rolls out delivery of software together with Project Technology Services and IT.u2022 Monitors and records software breakdowns, and reports these to the Platform Lead, Software Steward(s), and where appropriate IT, PTS, and S&T.u2022 Integrate with construction and review trade contractor models, shop drawings, reality capture data and adapting design models for construction purposes as necessaryu2022 Identify, evaluate, and if possible, expand the efficiency of the software using API toolsu2022 Interact with client, client representatives and contractors on the technical aspects of the project design and delivery, works with teams to align BIM process with client expectations. Minimum 5 years of experience with digital delivery concepts, data exchange, BIM technology, work sharing coordination and organization of multi-discipline design content in support of large facility based engineering design efforts. Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk Design Applications and BIM tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering design and construction information through BIM and related output, including construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership ability; influences and motivates teams to take on new challenges. Experience writing technical content for use within an organization for training, influencing teams, clients or for troubleshooting. Ability to understand appropriate project communication at the management level and the client level. Can conduct meeting topics as assigned with professionalism and decorum while effectively getting the topic across Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Understands the goals of the organization and the project and will self-manage to deadlines keeping supervisor and/or design or project managers apprised of progress.Ideally, You'll Also Have: Knowledge of geospatial data management, data analysis and data visualization a plus. Experience with the implementation of client specific CAD & Civil BIM standards on projects. Experience with Design Content Management including ProjectWise and ACC. Experience with front end digital coordination efforts, ensuring all discipline design and production teams are enabled and in compliance with project CAD & BIM requirements. Experience with the definition, documentation and implementation of CAD & BIM standards and execution plans. Experience managing and maintaining department CAD support and training services.
