In this role, youu2019ll support members by phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, clarity, and exceptional service. u2b50 What Youu2019ll Do + Deliver outstanding member service that builds trust and longu2011lasting relationships. + Answer general inquiries and complete account maintenance through phone and email channels. + Meet and exceed key performance metrics while maintaining highu2011quality service standards. + Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member concerns promptlyu2014leveraging mentorship from supervisors and leads. + Take full ownership of member issues, set clear expectations, and provide timely followu2011up and resolution. + Identify opportunities to educate members about credit union products, promotions, and servicesu2014generating referrals that deepen engagement. + Stay up to date with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. + Support team success and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
