Weu2019ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degreeu2022 At least 10 years of construction site experienceu2022 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manageru2022 Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building requiredu2022 Lead or participate in weekly safety observations and audits per the project HSE program and daily monitor site activities for program conformance, quality construction, damages, cleanliness, and productivityu2022 Participate in construction sequencing coordination planning, management, and execution as required for the project through completion of constructionu2022 Monitor productivity and progress against the project schedule ensuring the contract plans are executed to make the progress required to meet the scheduleu2022 Coordinate, review, and oversee schedule updates provided by the assigned contractors evaluating weekly look-ahead schedules and manpower plans and lead recovery plans as requiredu2022 Manage and monitor craft staffing levels for assigned contracts, compare to contractoru2019s manpower forecastsu2022 Lead or participate in weekly safety walks with trade partners and the ownerIdeally, youu2019ll also have:u2022 Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, architectural systems, clean room knowledge a plus, and general building construction & maintenanceu2022 Knowledge and experience with implementation of LEAN strategies and technologies in project execution, including; Last Planner System (LPS), 5S Construction and off-site manufacturing (OSM) construction.u2022 Basic knowledge in construction project sequencing and ability to utilize 3D technologies such as BIM360, REVIT or other.u2022 Pharma experience#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience#LI-SH1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
