Job Description The Program Manager will lead a six-month, multi-project initiative delivering a new clinical application in the form of an online dashboard that integrates data from multiple source systems. The role is accountable for orchestrating no less than five interdependent projects, establishing program governance, managing cross functional team, and ensuring delivery within schedule, quality, and regulatory expectations. Beyond execution, the Program Manager will define program success factors, expected benefits, and measurable outcomes, partnering with clinical, IT, data, and business stakeholders to ensure the solution delivers meaningful clinical and operational value. In collaboration with business stakeholders, define a mechanism for post-implementation benefits tracking and validation to confirm adoption, performance, and realized value.
