Loan Processor - Support

Description Our Oakland County Credit Union Client is looking for a Mortgage Processor. As the Mortgage Processor duties include: u2022 Review of loan applications and documents; ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with requirements for Mortgage Loan Officers and Underwriteru2019s review u2022 Regulatory understanding of compliance requirements of loan documentation and how it impacts the lending lifecycle u2022 Mortgage lien perfection responsibilities u2022 Documentation maintenance, review, and filing of loan files both hard copies and electronic u2022 Insurance maintenance and tracking u2022 Complete Tax Service documentation review and property tax disbursements as applicable u2022 Flood Certification maintenance u2022 Title Insurance review u2022 Support with establishing and managing escrow accounts u2022 Assist in the tracking and reporting of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) u2022 Preparation of monthly loan reports as needed u2022 Perform all other duties as requested by management to support the needs of internal and external members Requirements The ideal Mortgage Processor will have: u2022 Minimum 2 years of real estate processing experience or related field u2022 Maintain and keep current with Mortgage Lending Practices, Policies, and Regulations u2022 Adept in Lending and Servicing software and applications u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) u2022 Strong attention to detail and documentation u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and turn times. u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills u2022 Must be dependable and willing to work additional hours when necessary to serve both internal and external members u2022 Notary Public Certification (preferred) Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
