Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Business Office Coordinator, BOC is a medical front desk receptionist role. Position Summary: Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office. What you will do: + Pre- registration + Answering multiple phone lines + Scheduling appointments + Manage Referrals + Insurance verification and general knowledge of various insurances + Other clerical functions What you need: + High school graduate/ GED required + Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred + Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred Highlights and Benefits + Day 1 benefits, no waiting periodComprehensive benefit packages available including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 403B.
