Job Title: Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, where you will be responsible for machining custom parts for construction equipment. This role involves working with both CNC mills and lathes, as well as occasional manual machining for one-off parts. You will select and change tools, read precise measuring instruments, and ensure parts are machined within client tolerances, using materials such as steel, hardened steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Responsibilities + Machine custom parts for construction equipment using CNC mills and lathes. + Perform tool selection and tool changes. + Read precise measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. + Machine parts within specified tolerances. + Read and write G and M code fluidly. + Program at the machine control starting with Fusion 360, with experience in Fusion or Master Cam being a plus. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in CNC machining. + 2+ years of experience in set-ups. + 2+ years of experience in at-the-machine programming using G&M codes. + Proficiency in reading and writing G and M code. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Fusion 360 or Master Cam is a plus. + Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controls. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUDSON, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
