Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed.What Will You Be Doing?The Senior Coordinator, Loyalty is responsible for leading select communications, marketing and reports across all channels to support the Frontier Airlines Discount Den and GoWild! programs, as well as occasional support for the Co-Brand Credit Card or Frontier Miles programs. This position will be responsible for the execution of strategic marketing plans, per the direction of the Manager, Loyalty Products and Director of Loyalty Growth & Strategy.Essential FunctionsWith the Manager, Loyalty Products, identify opportunities and lead Frontiers tactical marketing strategy to support the various loyalty partners in the development, testing and execution of marketing campaigns including: direct mail, email, insert production, statement messaging, airport signage, internet, social media and the in-flight channelLeads facilitating discussions between the Frontier team and the partner for all strategy and tactical components of the programIdentify, recommend and support new marketing channels and opportunities for Discount Den, GoWild! and the credit card program and other partnersOversee production and printing of physical marketing and support materials while ensuring on-time distribution of these materials via comat or other shipping methodsSupport other Loyalty Marketing initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelors degree with emphasis in marketing or equivalent area of study2-5 years in sales, marketing and/or communications or related fieldKnowledge of airline and credit card marketing, as well as frequent flyer program rules and proceduresAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and presentationsFamiliarity with HTML, SQL or JSON coding preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and manage marketing projects, production schedules, and promotional events, while consistently meeting deadlinesMust have good attention to detail for copy proofing/editingExceptional presentation and oral communication skillsExceptional writing and copy editing skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other departments, partners and staffAbility to manage multiple contractors/trainersStrong corporate vendor development and relationship building skillsAbility to travel 50% of timeKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesComfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needsTeam player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners and marketersMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well-organizedAbility to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environmentMicrosoft office product skills including Excel and PowerPointAbility to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environmentMust exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivityMust be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a timeMust be comfortable working around the airports both above and under wing when neededEquipment OperatedStandard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printerWork EnvironmentTypical office environment, adequately heated and cooledPhysical EffortGenerally, not required.Supervision ReceivedConsiderable Latitude: The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals.
