Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control, and quality inspection operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with warehouse systems and shipping software. Key Responsibilities: + Receive inbound shipments: unload trucks, inspect for damage, verify quantities, serial numbers, and item codes + Pick, process, and release orders using handheld RF scanners + Create and apply barcode labels and assign stock locations + Operate shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager + Process transfers, returns, and RMAs + Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution + Verify all items and accessories prior to shipment or shop processing + Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards + Assist with packaging disposal and recycling + Perform additional distribution center duties as assigned Qualifications: + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required + Less than one year of warehouse or related experience preferred + Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and perform 75u2011lb team lifts + Ability to stand for extended periods + Comfortable using RF scanners and learning new computer systems + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Willingness to work overtime when required + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Whatu2019s in this position for you? + Pay: $18 + Shift: Mon- Fri- 8:am to 5pm + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
