Adecco is assisting a local client in Passaic, NJ in their search for a Customer Service Representative . This is an onsite position paying $18.50/Hour . If you meet the qualification below, apply now SHIFT DETAILS: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM . Off on Tuesday and Wednesday. What your day-to-day will look like: u2022 Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. u2022 Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner. u2022 Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues. u2022 Monitor progress of delivery routes. u2022 Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps. u2022 Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Qualifications: u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Itu2019d be great if you also have: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. u2022 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment. u2022 Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. u2022 Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills. u2022 Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. u2022 Bilingual is a huge plus.
