Attention to Safety: Committed to helping the facility provide a safe environment for our customers and my coworkers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Transactional leader to support clinicians in effectively deploying and using information technology. 2. Build strategic alliances and partnerships across corporate and the Division to execute business strategies collaboratively. 3. Responsible for designing and implementing workflow related to clinical information technology systems, ensuring they meet or exceed regulatory and clinical process needs. This includes redesigning and optimizing existing workflows to create efficiencies and skillful processes for clinical practice. 4. In conjunction with key IT and business leaders, develop implementation support strategies that create ownership and accountability with facility leadership for initial and ongoing training of clinical teams. 5. Responsible for integrating the clinical technology portfolio through the design and execution of training that effectively drives clinical transformation through advanced use of division and enterprise clinical information technology systems. 6. Engage with individual facilities to identify unique clinical/operational needs and assist with developing action plans consistent with the mission of HCA. 7. Provide regular analytics, insights, and reports from the division and facility level to monitor and trend clinical information technology systems and processes' impact, utilization, and potential optimization needs. 8. Assist in developing and implementing electronic clinical protocols that use evidence-based best practices to provide consistency and drive performance outcomes. 9. Monitor the performance of information systems from a clinical perspective (e.g., employee engagement) to recommend changes, upgrades, and new systems. 10. Assist in coordinating across the Division to ensure federal and state program requirements for electronic health records and payment models. 11. Assist in coordinating the Division to ensure understanding, interpreting, and applying
