Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities: u2022 Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Daysu2019 Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. u2022 Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. u2022 Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. u2022 Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner. u2022 Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately. u2022 Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory. u2022 Filing inventory and SOX documentation. u2022 Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership. This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day. Required Qualifications u2022 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. u2022 Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Preferred Qualifications u2022 Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software u2022 Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire #SBE_Inv Education u2022 Verifiable High School diploma or GED required. Compensation: Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $18.50/hr to $20.02/hr Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.65 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
