IG Welder / Fabricator (Structural) - Concrete Manufacturing Mesa, AZ Pay: $20-$25/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We are hiring an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a growing concrete manufacturing/fabrication team in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on structural MIG welding and fabrication of steel components used in concrete products. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural steel components Fabricate and assemble steel parts using prints/specs Measure, cut, fit, tack, and weld materials accurately Operate basic fabrication tools (grinders, saws, etc.) Maintain weld quality and follow safety standards Support production and shop operations as needed Requirements 3+ years of MIG welding experience (required) Structural welding/fabrication experience (required) Ability to read measurements and work from basic blueprints or weld symbols Comfortable working in a production/shop environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred/desired Why This Role Stable full-time schedule (no weekends listed) Competitive pay based on experience Long-term opportunity with a strong manufacturing team
