Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead and enhance our global payroll operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to establish and oversee payroll functions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will collaborate with senior leaders to optimize reward structures and advance our global people operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. u2022 Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll processes with compensation structures and organizational goals. u2022 Administer and optimize global employee benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and compliance. u2022 Implement technology solutions and drive automation initiatives to streamline payroll workflows and improve accuracy. u2022 Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on payroll best practices and global reward structures. u2022 Monitor and ensure adherence to international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. u2022 Lead process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability of payroll operations. u2022 Conduct regular reviews of payroll systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed. u2022 Partner with business leaders to address payroll-related challenges and support organizational growth. u2022 Stay updated on global regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources. u2022 Payroll certification is required. u2022 Strong expertise in international payroll processes, compliance, and taxation across multiple countries. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now. u2022 Demonstrated experience managing payroll for over 500 employees, including multi-state and bi-monthly payroll. u2022 Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement technology-driven payroll solutions. u2022 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments. u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
