Job Summary As a General Manager of Premium, you will lead the Premium Department team who create unforgettable experiences at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Responsibilities + Oversee Premium department areas: Catering, Clubs, Suites, and In-Seats. + Supervise opening and closing procedures related to location readiness, staffing, sanitation, and operation documentation. + Conduct pre-shift meetings with Premium teams to communicate event-specific goals, specials, and company updates. + Address and resolve guest concerns or feedback in real time. + Ensure excellent guest experience across all Premium locations; resolve guest concerns or feedback promptly. + Address team performance issues, corrective action, and counseling. + Develop and lead operations managers, supervisors, and hourly staff through performance management and mentorship programs. + Maintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits, event oversight, and executing show quality standards across all areas of the Premium department. + Promotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs + Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. + Enforce safety standards and food safety compliance, including proper food handling, cross contamination prevention, equipment usage, cleanliness, and maintaining safe food temperatures. + Oversee inventory management by managing stock levels; complete production logs, monitor portion control and waste/spoilage/gratis logs. + Oversee inventory counts daily and monthly; participate in month end inventory procedures. + Complete post-event reconciliation, polling, tip payments, and daily payroll for employees. + Assist with accurate labor forecasting and labor efficiency. + Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members; including department training. + Ensure compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Core Signatures. + Enforce Responsible Alcohol Service, Cash Handling Integrity, Safety, and Time Clock compliance. + Other duties as assigned. + Supports other Levy locations/properties as needed. Preferred Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in food and beverage and/or sports & entertainment operational role. + 5+ years of experience in a leadership position preferred. + Bacheloru2019s degree in hospitality management preferred. + Requires knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service. + Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS office products. + ServSafe Alcohol Certification, ServSafe food handler certification, and/or Title 4 Manager certification may be required. + Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs. Physical Demands: + Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ascend and descend stairs + Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. + Some sedentary work including sitting in office at computer for administrative duties. + Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. + Manual dexterity and coordination to perform tasks such as chopping, cutting, and food preparation. + Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
