Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Naples, FL Hours: Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $20/hour Status: Temporary (with potential to become permanent part-time) Position Overview A well-established manufacturing company in Naples is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This role offers consistent hours and the potential for long-term part-time employment. Key Responsibilities Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents Enter and manage accounts payable transactions in NetSuite Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing Maintain organized AP records and documentation Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliations Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams Requirements Prior Accounts Payable experience required NetSuite experience is required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus Why This Role Consistent part-time schedule (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Opportunity to convert to a permanent part-time role Stable and professional work environment Ideal for experienced AP professionals seeking work-life balance
