Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring all invoices are accurate and paid on time. u2022 Handle accounts receivable duties, including preparing and tracking customer payments. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain financial records and generate reports. u2022 Perform accurate data entry for financial documents and records. u2022 Review and verify invoices to ensure proper documentation and compliance. u2022 Assist with resolving discrepancies in financial data and transactions. u2022 Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits and reporting purposes. u2022 Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed. u2022 Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address payment inquiries. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation procedures. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. u2022 Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
