Job Title: Welder - Pay $22/hr Location- Shelbyville Job Description Join a team dedicated to supplying warehouse parts for distribution centers. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing repair welds on parts that have been missed by robotic welders, ensuring production numbers are met and quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities + Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. + Set up jigs and fixtures, making necessary adjustments to equipment used in product production. + Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards. + Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. + Maintain all required records and ensure a clean work area. + Follow all verbal and written instructions related to the operation of dies and equipment. + Perform fixture set-ups and operations, including buffing, spot welding, and operating special welding fixtures. + Conduct MIG welding, load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts. + Interpret blueprints accurately. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Previous experience in a welding capacity, whether in farming or manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with machine loading is a plus. + Ability to pass a weld test. + Reliability in attendance and punctuality. Why Work Here?
