Job Description Insight Global is looking for Helpdesk Support Specialist to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting in Draper, Utah. They will be joining the Enterprise Technology Operations Group specially on the Client Response Services team. You will be working with an onsite 5 days a week working on a team that provides global help desk support to internal employees at the bank. This person will be providing technical support primarily over the phone so it is important that his person has good communication skills and can handle high pressure situations.
