Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of system-related projects in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and can effectively manage cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure project goals are met within established timelines. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and manage system-focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. u2022 Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. u2022 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing potential risks. u2022 Oversee the implementation of systems, including CRM and Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful integration. u2022 Manage the RFP process, including drafting proposals and evaluating vendor responses. u2022 Utilize formal project management methodologies to provide structure and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, set priorities, and ensure seamless communication. u2022 Facilitate Agile Scrum practices to promote efficiency and adaptability within teams. u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for all projects. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on systems implementation. u2022 Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and practices. u2022 PMP Certification or equivalent is required. u2022 Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts. u2022 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project environments. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in CRM and Salesforce implementations. u2022 Skilled in handling the RFP process, including preparing and evaluating proposals. u2022 Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects effectively.
