On this team, youwillhave access to various growth opportunities withinClevelandClinic.A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 4:30PMA caregiver who excels in this role will:With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.Update,monitorand manage databases.Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.Analyze project improvement and progress.Report discrepancies and variances.Coordinate project prioritization andassistwith policy and initiative implementation.Assistwith scheduling, coordination,preparationand communication of meetings.Attend meetings and record key outcomes.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Associate’s DegreeTwo years of administrative experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and four years of experienceORBachelor’s DegreeMultitasking and critical thinking skillsPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related fieldExperience working in healthcareor related organizationPhysical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $18.88Maximum hourly: $28.80The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
