Review Committee Chair at Cognizant in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you will: -Ensure timely and accurate review of marketing materials. -Collaborate with key sponsor stakeholders to manage workload and prioritize weekly review meeting agendas within allotted meeting times. -Work with Marketing and Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure completion of agenda-related assets by all participants prior to the meeting. -Lead, manage and facilitate all activities, dialogues, and reviews during meetings in support of efficient Review Committee (RC) execution. -Manage meeting conflicts and escalate unresolved concerns using sponsor escalation process when necessary. -Summarize, document, and distribute meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items. -Support brand teams to providing recommendations that align submission plans with strategy, tactics, and timelines. -Ensure all stakeholders remain compliant with organizational and sponsor policies as well as regulatory requirements. -Oversee and manage the RCPL team to ensure business objectives are met in a compliant and effective manner. -Maintain 100% compliance with sponsor and Cognizant training, audit, and regulatory requirements. Location: Bridgewater, NJ - remote. What you must have to be considered: -4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, marketing operations, project management, or a related field. -3+ years of experience managing and developing team members. -Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with key sponsor stakeholders. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify inefficiencies. -Ability to manage complex, cross-functional tasks and resolve issues effectively. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites This will help you stand out: -Degree in marketing, science, healthcare, or related field -2+ years of Veeva PromoMats experience We are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
