This position is responsible for both skilled and general maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, functional, and aesthetic condition of campus facilities.Essential Function and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:Perform skilled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and seminary plete work order requests from academic and administrative departments in a timely and efficient manner.Assist with campus improvement projects such as apartment repairs, office renovations, classroom updates, and general facility upkeep.Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other critical infrastructure to ensure continuous functionality.Paint, patch drywall, clean, and perform groundskeeping duties as assigned.Set up, break down, and store equipment and furniture for seminary events and campus functions.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to support repair or installation projects.Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety to protect staff, students, and
