Service Plumber

Journeyman Service Plumber We are hiring an experienced, customeru2011focused Journeyman Plumber to handle commercial and residential service work. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and confident in diagnosing and completing plumbing repairs while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities u2022 Respond to service calls, inspect issues, diagnose problems, and present solutions and estimates. u2022 Install and repair sinks, toilets, tubs, disposals, dishwashers, softeners, and all water heater types (gas, electric, tankless). u2022 Perform preventative maintenance and fullu2011system evaluations. u2022 Conduct sewer and drain cleaning in basements, roofs, crawl spaces, and confined areas. u2022 Restore work sites, prepare invoices, collect payments, and explain service guarantees. u2022 Travel between multiple daily service calls. Requirements u2022 Valid driveru2019s license and Journeyman license. u2022 Five or more years of service and repair plumbing experience. u2022 Strong customer communication skills; friendly and approachable. u2022 Knowledge of PVC, cast iron, copper, fixtures, drains, and water heaters. u2022 Ability to obtain Backflow Certification, OSHA 10, and Excavation Certification (company supported). u2022 Basic hand tools required; major tools provided. Compensation and Benefits u2022 Weekly pay with separate checks for commission and mileage. u2022 Mileage paid from home each morning at 70 cents per mile. u2022 Average earnings around $100,000; range from $60,000 to $200,000+ based on weekly production. u2022 Commission structure includes 20% on billings, 3% on referrals, and $25 per Google review. u2022 Drive/mileage pay typically adds $300u2013$700 weekly. u2022 12u2011week paid training program at $27/hr. u2022 Companyu2011provided phone, tablet, and service van. u2022 Quarterly reviews and steady firstu2011shift schedule with 8u2011hour days between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
