Marketing Proposal Coordinator

AV10-19737676Our A/E/C client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to assist the Process and Documentation team. This role is essential in supporting marketing efforts and enhancing brand presence across various platforms.This is a 40 hours/week opportunity from January till July 2026. This is a hybrid role working 3 days onsite in the Denver area.Key Responsibilities- Meet with technical staff to ensure project resumes are accurate.- Support content creation for digital and print marketing collateral.- Edit written content to be on brand and less engineering speak.- Ensure project descriptions are accurate and systems are updated.- Provide support in project management and coordination of marketing tasks.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.- A/E/C industry experience.- Experience with resume/project coordination as it relates to proposals.u00a0- Proficient in Microsoft tools and Marketing Systems Management.Nice to Have- If no A/E/C background, a background in Journalism or Communications is this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
