The ACMIO works closely with behavioral health clinicians, nurses, and other employee to evaluate, optimize and implement informatics software, including the electronic health record (EHR) to improve the delivery of care, provider efficiency and effectiveness. The ACMIO will work closely with the CMIO and ACMIOs to drive clinical information technology advancements that are aligned with Denver Health's Mission and Strategic Plan. The ACMIO is the advocate for the use of information technology in the delivery of behavioral healthcare across the organization and is expected to provide input on optimal technology use for the advancement of clinical quality, safety and performance improvement initiatives.Essential Functions:Education:- Doctorate Degree from an Accredited Medical School and completed Accredited Residency Programs and fellowships for specialist, or equivalent.
