The Real Estate Analyst is an entryu2011level, handsu2011on real estate professional who supports the full lifecycle of commercial office, mixedu2011use, and multifamily development projectsu2014from acquisition and feasibility through execution, asset management, and disposition. Working closely with Development leadership and crossu2011functional partners, this role contributes market research, financial analysis, budgeting, consultant coordination, and project reporting while collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and public stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and teamu2011oriented, with a foundational understanding of real estate development and finance, strong Excel skills, and a desire to grow within a valuesu2011driven, collaborative organization. Real Estate Analyst Required Qualifications: + 1-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and/or financial modeling software + 1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as: + Architectural design and construction administration or management + Land acquisition and sourcing + Feasibility studies + Financial analysis and budgeting + Entitlements and zoning + Project valuation and finance + Leasing, marketing, and public relations + Basic knowledge of cost control processes, real estate funding, and project reporting + Sustainable building concepts + Bacheloru2019s degree in real estate, finance, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or other relevant specialization, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
