Job Title: Platform Manager (Salesforce) Job Title: Platform Manager (Salesforce) Responsibilities As a Platform Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to fruition. Your role will be central to the successful integration of disruptive technologies within the organization. You will be responsible for providing groundbreaking integration support across multiple Technology and/or Company Platforms, providing consultation by using business and technical knowledge to support business strategies and deliver business outcomes, specifically in the Salesforce and CRM space. You will work with Business Architects, Data Architects and Technology Platform owners to ensure strategic alignment to Platform Blueprint roadmaps and enterprise standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing leadership and consultation on all aspects of Salesforce Platform utilization. The Platform Manager will be responsible for: u00b7 Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) within the bank u00b7 Working with leadership to assist in defining and executing on the Salesforce platform roadmap within the enterprise u00b7 Assist in facilitating the implementation of a Salesforce strategy that will facilitate collaboration across business lines, sharing of CRM related data and leveraging new Salesforce technologies to drive business value u00b7 Leading efforts to establish strong subject matter expertise on new Salesforce technologies within the CoE u00b7 Working closely with Cybersecurity and risk partners to help ensure compliance to critical policy elements within the Salesforce ecosystem. u00b7 Partnering with key business and technology stakeholders to help drive optimal value from Salesforce Platform usage. u00b7 Working with delivery teams, understanding delivery roadmaps, and providing guidance/review in delivery of key roadmap initiatives. u00b7 Defining standards and reusable components u00b7 Assist in the delivery of initiatives that may span multiple business lines and/or multiple Salesforce instances. u00b7 Partner with Vendor Sourcing to assist in the management of key vendor relationships u00b7 Collaboration with platform support teams in order to help ensure the highest level of support for the platform across business lines Required Qualifications u00b7 Strong business analysis, solutions crafting, consultative, interaction management and presentation skills u00b7 Excellent communication skills; ability to facilitate technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders; ability to communicate effectively with individuals and stakeholders at all levels of technology and business u00b7 Experience in cybersecurity and knowledge of security and data protection controls in a Salesforce environment u00b7 Broad range of leadership skills that include a demonstrated pattern of successful delivery, relationship management of stakeholders, and leading a highly engaged and value driven pod/product team. u00b7 3+ years of Salesforce product/platform owner experience u00b7 Experience managing the successful deployment, ongoing operation and strategy/roadmap as pertaining to the Salesforce platform within identified business area(s). u00b7 Hands-on experience with end-to-end development of large complex Salesforce initiatives in an agile environment, preferably in the banking industry. u00b7 Understanding of and experience with Salesforce administration / configuration activities and Apex development. u00b7 Experience with multiple IT disciplines with a confirmed understanding of relevant architectural concepts Desired Qualifications u00b7 Experience in the financial services industry; understanding of the role of consumer and custodial banks; experience handling sensitive financial data u00b7 Strong business analysis, solutions crafting, consultative, interaction management and presentation skills u00b7 Experience in cybersecurity u00b7 Understanding of and hands on experience with Salesforce administration / configuration and Apex development. u00b7 Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent Force, CRMA/Tableau Next, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud are all a plus u00b7 Understanding of various Salesforce technologies such as integrations, Visual Force, Flow Orchestrator, LWC, etc. u00b7 UI/UX experience, including relevant web/application branding techniques u00b7 Ability to communicate across all levels in the organization Education and Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $ 175,800 - $ 263,700 .per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
