Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking an Insights Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational ownership for the Insights business, encompassing research and consulting offerings. This senior role is accountable for setting and executing medium- and long-term initiatives designed to strengthen, scale, and grow the business. This role will lead new product development efforts, own ongoing strategic priorities, and serve as a central coordinator across stakeholders within the Insights organization and the broader company. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a client-centered approach to decision-making. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Research. _Preferred Location_ This is a remote, home-office based role and qualified candidates located in the continental United States will be considered, however there is a preference to hire in Eastern or Central time zones. _Travel Requirements_ Expected travel is up to 10% for this role. _Essential Functions_ Strategic Leadership & Business Direction + Own and drive medium/long-term strategic priorities for the Insights business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals + Independently identify challenges, assess tradeoffs, and adjust strategy and execution to keep initiatives on track + Serve as a strategic thought partner on the future direction of insights, research, and consulting capabilities Product Development & Innovation + Lead new product development initiatives across research, consulting, and insights offerings + Define product concepts, value propositions, and delivery models in partnership with research, consulting, sales, and product teams + Oversee the lifecycle of insights products, from concept through launch and ongoing refinement Operational Ownership & Stakeholder Coordination + Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives + Act as a connective leader between Insights, sales, marketing, technology, and other business functions + Establish clarity and accountability across complex, cross-functional efforts Client-Centered Decision Making + Ensure strategic and operational decisions are grounded in client needs, market demand, and business impact + Apply a strong understanding of customer use cases to guide prioritization and investment decisions Expert Panel & Insights Capabilities + Provide strategic oversight of the development and deployment of expert panels supporting research and both live and pre-recorded events + Ensure expert engagement capabilities are scalable, high-quality, and aligned with evolving insights products _Education Requirement_ Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience. _Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills_ + 10+ years of strategic operations and project management experience + Demonstrated ability to own and execute long-term strategic priorities in complex, cross-functional environments + Proven experience managing stakeholders and navigating ambiguity while maintaining forward progress + Strong client-centered orientation, with experience making decisions informed by customer needs and market dynamics + Understanding of building, managing, and deploying expert panels for research and event-based insights + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives + Strong time management skills and the ability to schedule and plan internal and client meetings and implement and meet project deadlines _Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills_ + Experience in market research, consulting, insights, or strategy roles + Familiarity with construction, building products, or related B2B research industries + Experience scaling research or insights products and operations within a data-forward organization + Ability to manage teams and grow professionals _About Dodge Construction Network_ Dodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
