Shell SupervisorLocation: DallasJob Type: [Full-TimeReports To: Foreman / Construction Manager# Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized Shell Supervisor to oversee framing and sheathing operations. This role supervises Framing Leaders and Sheathing Leaders, ensuring proper staging of materials, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Shell Supervisor will coordinate activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.# Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Framing Leaders and Sheathing Leaders during all shell construction activities.Plan and coordinate staging of materials for framing and sheathing operations.Ensure proper allocation of resources and tools to maintain workflow efficiency.Monitor progress and quality of framing and sheathing installations.Enforce compliance with safety protocols and company municate with project management regarding schedules, issues, and updates.Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to team leaders.Maintain accurate records of material usage and work progress.Ensure job site cleanliness and organization.# QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in construction supervision, preferably in framing and sheathing (recommended).Strong knowledge of Cold-Formed Steel framing and sheathing systems (recommended).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and material handling procedures.Physical ability to walk job sites and oversee activities.# Working ConditionsIndoor and outdoor construction environments with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.Standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting, and working at heights.Full-time; overtime may be required based on project deadlines.Mandatory use of PPE including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
