IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager: needed by metals industry production management solution company in Pittsburgh, PA for Software Maintenance support services. Duties include:- Assign tasks to maintenance support personnel.- Confer with maintenance support personnel to identify and resolve problems.- Schedule and facilitate meetings with customers and our support team related to maintenance projects.- Coordinate maintenance support tasks of maintenance support personnel- Identify need for initial or supplemental maintenance support resources.- Configure Order Dressing to enable a customer's sales order to be made into a production order- Troubleshoot identified PSImetals software issues and provide solutions to correct the data and/or software- Lead our Maintenance Support team in the USA to provide our customers with Maintenance Contracts quick turnaround on support questions, enhancement estimates and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time- Conduct routine status meetings with our customer's IT support staff to review outstanding task's progress, enhancement opportunities, PSImetals upgrade timelines, maintenance visits.- Organize the annual maintenance contract renewal process for USA customers on maintenance contracts- Encourage our USA customers on maintenance contracts to attend and engage with User Group eventu00a0Travel to customer site for support required.u00a0Must have bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering or foreign equivalent & 5 yrs' experience as IT Project Manager for steel manufacturers.u00a0 Send resume to:
