Business Analysis Specialist - UKG WFM Pro

Reference #: JR26708We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Specialist to join our IT team and support workforce management solutions. This role will have a strong focus on UKG WFM Pro. You will report to the IT Manager, HR IT and work at our General Office in Pittsburgh, PA 3 days a week, 2 days remote.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support enhancements and projects related to UKG WFM Pro time and attendance serviceManage ongoing support and system implementationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsCollaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global payroll strategies and local payroll practicesSupport integrations using UKG integration tools and third-party solutionsTrack work intake, testing, and documentation (preferred: Azure DevOps)Qualifications5+ years of experience with:UKG WFM Pro - all aspects of this solution (Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Analytics, Mobile Access, Integrations, Cyclic updates, etc....)UKG integration tools (i.e..
