The successful candidate willbe a critical team member and partner within the Section of AdultCardiac Surgery within the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Closecollaboration with the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and HeartFailure Cardiology in multidisciplinary program building is expected, inparticular centering around the surgical treatment of advanced heartfailure. The successful applicant must have a demonstrated interest inclinical practice, research, education and training. This position isfull time This position requires work to be completed onsite, at adesignated campus work location. This position has been identified as aposition of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selectedcandidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to beeligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and then everytwo years. Applicants for this position will be considered for thefollowing titles: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor onthe Clinical Health Science (CHS) track, and Clinical AssistantProfessor, Clinical Associate Professor, and Clinical Professor on theClinical Teaching (CT) Track.
