SummerIntern Program duration: June 1 - August 7, 2026 HSA - IT Incident &Project Management Intern Assists Incident Management in ensuringconsistent end-to-end application of the Incident Management processwith the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service DeliveryManager Coordinates and manages the Incident Management processactivities across departments and ensure meeting SLAs with the guidanceof the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager. Escalatesrisks and issues to the IT Service Delivery Manager with the guidance ofthe Incident Manager Assists Incident Management in ensuringconsistent end-to-end application of the Incident Management processwith the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service DeliveryManager Coordinates and manages the Incident Management processactivities across departments and ensure meeting SLAs with the guidanceof the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager.
