KPMG is currently seeking anAssociate Director, Manager Search Services of Global Tech & Knowledge(GT&K) to join our KPMG International organization.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and execution of strategic productroadmaps for enterprise search initiatives Collaborate with internalstakeholders and cross-functional teams to surface business requirementsand deliver effective search solutions Manage assigned governance,product management, and continuous improvement initiatives forsearch-related products with minimal supervision Support search productupgrades, technical integrations, and seamless alignment with other KPMGdigital platforms Engage with the internal search community to promotebest practices, adoption, and ongoing improvement Contribute to agileteam efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining clear ownershipof the product backlog and ensuring delivery of search-relatedrequirements Act with integrity, professionalism, and personalresponsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous workenvironmentQualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in alarge enterprise with an established track record of leading,identifying and addressing business requirements in all aspects ofProduct/Service design and delivery, and search services Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college/university or seven years equivalentwork experience in the field Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azureand M365 services in a large Enterprise environment Good verbal/writtencommunication (English), collaboration, facilitation, influencing, andnegotiation skills...
